INDIANAPOLIS (November 12, 2025) — Leading fulfillment solutions company iA® recognizes team members Carrie Hathaway and Zouyi Zheng for being named to the 2025 Drug Store News list of Top Women in Health, Wellness & Beauty. This award celebrates the women in retail pharmacy shaping the future of the industry through their creations, leadership and business prowess. The full list of winners was announced in July, and they were honored at the 7th annual Top Women’s Ceremony held in Chicago on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
As a mechanical engineer at iA, Hathaway has greatly contributed to the design, development, and optimization of automated systems that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of pharmacy operations. She is celebrated for her strategic mind and problem-solving skills, finding innovative, creative solutions to address challenges faced by the manufacturing, purchasing and field service engineering teams.
With strong initiative and a lifelong passion for technology, Zheng is a highly impactful industrial engineer on one of iA’s longest-running teams. Tasked with regularly maintaining, evaluating and enhancing iA’s automated technology, Zheng seamlessly supports the proper performance and long-term efficiency of the systems that clients depend on.

The Drug Store News awards separate the program into three distinct categories, including Rising Star, Commitment to Care, and Business Excellence. Hathaway and Zheng received the 2025 Rising Star distinction.
