Jacquelyn Klees

Jacquelyn Klees, Senior Product Manager, has been with iA since 2016, a length of time that reflects both her personal dedication and the breadth of experience she’s gained along the way. Having worked across multiple teams, Jacquelyn values the well-rounded perspective she’s developed and the insight it’s given her into how different departments work together to contribute to the company’s overall success. 

In her role, Jacquelyn is passionate about customer ideas. She works to understand and evaluate all suggestions, trying to prioritize the most impactful and important initiatives. What stands out most in Jacquelyn’s career are the moments when customers light up with excitement over something she helped bring to life. From redesigning a pharmacy display board to seeing a customer’s enthusiasm for a newly developed feature, those experiences continue to reinforce the impact of her work and the importance of thoughtful product development. 

Jacquelyn enjoys traveling, especially to destinations near the ocean, and spending quality time with her family.  

Jacquelyn draws inspiration from her mom, whom she admires for her integrity and ability to stand her ground when it matters most. That grounded perspective carries into her professional approach, where she balances empathy with practicality. She also found the film Instant Family to be especially meaningful, appreciating its honest and often humorous portrayal of growing a family through foster care. 

For those just starting out in product management or a similar field, Jacquelyn’s advice is simple but powerful: don’t be afraid to figure things out. Learning happens through doing, and progress comes from being willing to try, adapt and improve.
