Our hiring process.

Curious about how our hiring process works? Here’s what to expect.

1. Search & Apply

Review our current job openings on our jobs portal. To find specific job titles, use the search bar to help find your perfect fit. Thank you in advance for your interest!

2. Initial Interview

After your application has been submitted, you can expect to hear from us once we’ve reviewed your application. If your credentials align with the open position, the iA Talent team will reach out to schedule an initial interview to discuss high level details about the position and company. This interview will also serve as the opportunity for you to ask your questions about us!

3. Departmental Interviews

Once you complete your initial interview, you may be asked to participate in department interviews where you will meet with members of the hiring department to discuss the position and determine aptitude and experience. This will allow you to meet your prospective new team.

4. Selection & Offer

When final interviews are complete, our hiring team reviews candidates. The team makes final hiring decisions, and if an offer is extended, details will be finalized and onboarding will be scheduled with them. If not selected, applicants will be notified.
